| The Out Patient Department provides full range of services for the evaluation
and treatment of its clients. It achieves its staff's potential through
training, education and the development of a staff-patient partnership
relationship. The OPD staff supports the changing needs of its patients and the
hospital. It also promotes wellness.

The OPD (outpatient department) is a 16 clinic-unit that offers a low cost
consultation services in almost all specialties of medicine. more than 70
specialized physicians are currently providing this service in the following
areas:
A- Internal medicine:
Medical consultations that cover the following sub-specialties are available:

B- Obstetrics and Gynecology:
This clinic provides outpatient Obstetric and Gynecological care:

Antenatal clinic high risk pregnancy clinic

Antenatal testing unit (U/S, amniocentesis…etc.).

Assisted Reproductive Technology Unit (ART) with I.V.F. facility is planned for
the near future.

Routine gynecological clinic
C- Ophthalmology:
Patients of all ages who suffer from different eye problems including
refractive/visual disturbances, orbital pathology (fractures, cellulite,
deformities, etc), lids and lachrymal pathology (allergy, blepharitis,
chalazion, etc), strabismus, neuro-ophthalmologic conditions, conjunctival
pathology, corneal abrasion, glaucoma, uveitis, cataracts, vitreous detachment,
retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy and retinopathy of prematurity are
planned to be seen and managed in this unit.
D- Otolaryngology (ENT):
Patients of all ages who have ear, nose, and throat conditions will be admitted
to this clinic. Acute or chronic conditions including infectious diseases,
congenital and developmental disorders, cancer, trauma, allergic disorders and
facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, speech and hearing disorders are
planned to be seen and managed.
E- Pediatrics:
This clinic provides services for children from birth until the age of 16 years.

F- Preadmission unit:

treatment and referral services for a wide range of psychiatric disorders of
children and adults.
