The Quality Department in the Hospital has to work with all the other sections.
It's goal is to improve patient care and safety and assure staff satisfaction.
The Quality Department :

Initiates and monitors actions to improve all the hospital services.

Has to ensure that the quality requirements of patients are met and that the
necessary inspections, tests , verification and methods are carried out
according to the accreditation standards.

Prevents the recurrence of errors and to control non-conforming services by
initiating correctives actions and monitoring them.

Provides, manages and conducts internal audit system for all departments.to
identify areas for improvement Have to assure that each department has a
continuing education program

Team
|

Committee: is multidisciplinary its includes a representative of each medical
department of Nursing division and of administration . this committee follows
up the Quality improvement plan of each department and verifies if it is
disseminated to all staff

Quality Coordinator: assures the coordination of each program between different
departments
