Our Mission

We are aiming to remove away from a punitive closed atmosphere to a transparent and educative environment this will lead us to review mistakes and errors openly and use them as a way to identified areas for improvement what will help also prevent their recurrence.

Our Vision

Our Vision is to deliver to each patient various diagnostic and therapeutic acts according to the recent Medical knowledge and assure the best Healthcare for the patient and his ultimate satisfaction in the procedures at best cost and at less risk with respect to his human rights.

Services Offered

The Quality Department in the Hospital has to work with all the other sections. It's goal is to improve patient care and safety and assure staff satisfaction.

The Quality Department :

  • Initiates and monitors actions to improve all the hospital services.
  • Has to ensure that the quality requirements of patients are met and that the necessary inspections, tests , verification and methods are carried out according to the accreditation standards.
  • Prevents the recurrence of errors and to control non-conforming services by initiating correctives actions and monitoring them.
  • Provides, manages and conducts internal audit system for all departments.to identify areas for improvement Have to assure that each department has a continuing education program

We assure Quality by:

  • Detailed description of hospital activities under the forms of policies and procedures .
  • Identification of dysfunction or non conformities to the standards ( rather than looking for responsible)
  • Correction (methods to improve)
  • Evaluation of corrective actions
  • Evaluation professional practices
  • Evaluation of accreditations
  • Continuous questioning about the process of care delivery
  • Rationalizing hospital activities in developing methods to organize the work
  • Standardizing and developing the competences with respect to the specificity of the job
  • Identifying the structures of coordination to implement the steps of Quality
  • Assuring that each department has a Continuing Education program (with forward reports)

All that leads us to an active participation in the risk management

We measure quality by:

  • Questionnaires (patient and satisfaction staff)
  • Surveys
  • Complaints compliments reports
  • Improvement request
  • Accidents and incidents reports
  • Rights and responsibilities of patients and staff
  • Conformities and none conformities to accreditation Standards
  • Assure continuous education

Our Department is located in the Ground Floor besides the Head Office of the Hospital. The phone Number is 01-830000 extension 1740.

Team

  • Committee: is multidisciplinary its includes a representative of each medical department of Nursing division and of administration . this committee follows up the Quality improvement plan of each department and verifies if it is disseminated to all staff
  • Quality Coordinator: assures the coordination of each program between different departments
