Dietary Division
|
Nutritional Services is a division completely responsible for the nutritional care
of both inpatients and outpatients on a daily basis. The Department provides a safe,
clean working environment for employees as well training for employees and dietary
students.
Catering services is provided for special events, meetings, seminars, and other
similar activities.
The Department is also committed to teaching. Our mission is to educate students,
professionals, and the public about the role of food, nutrition, and health in all
aspects of life.
